Where could your first year take you? 💡

Just over a year ago, Katie joined our Milwaukee office after earning her degree in Business Management. Today, she's a Project Engineer taking on new challenges, building her experience, and even leading a presentation and jobsite tour for a group of construction interns.

From weekly jobsite visits to hands-on training across different areas of Westphal & Co and Globalcom Technologies, our interns spent the summer learning what goes into bringing electrical projects to life.

A big thank you to our interns for jumping in, asking questions, and making the most of every opportunity—and to our team members who shared their time and knowledge along the way.

Our team is making great progress across the Lake Mills School District, delivering electrical upgrades at the elementary, middle, and high schools.

From lighting and power distribution to emergency backup systems, campus technology, and critical infrastructure, this project spans nearly every aspect of each campus's electrical systems.

It's a major project with a lot of moving parts, and we're proud to help create safer, more reliable learning environments for students and staff!

Headquartered in Madison, our team includes many proud Badger alumni, and we've had the privilege of contributing to projects across the University of Wisconsin campus over the years.

Powering the future of healthcare. ⚡

The Westphal & Company & Globalcom Technologies team is proud to be helping bring Iowa's first new medical school in 125 years to the heart of downtown Dubuque!

The University of Dubuque’s proposed John and Alice Butler College of Osteopathic Medicine (applicant, seeking accreditation) will be a place where the next generation of physicians will learn, grow, and prepare to make a lasting impact on communities for years to come.

Expected to open in 2028, here's a look at the progress our team is making on this exciting project!

We had a great time at this year’s Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin She Builds Wisconsin Construction Camp! Campers got to try a hands-on electrical activity while exploring careers in construction, architecture, and engineering.

We’re proud to support opportunities that introduce the next generation to the trades and all the possibilities our industry has to offer.
