- Chesnok Red (Zones 3-8)
- German Extra Hardy (Zones 3-6)
- Northern White (Zones 3-6)

Hardneck garlic thrives in colder climates and needs winter chill to form the best bulbs. These varieties also produce garlic scapes, which are great for cooking and preserving.

Softneck variety available:
- Inchelium Red (Zones 4-9)

Softneck garlic is ideal for warmer climates and is the best choice if you want to braid your garlic for storage.
