🔨 What We Do In-House:
Demo & Job-Site Prep
Rough Framing & Structural Alterations
Drywall Hanging, Taping & Insulation
Interior Painting & Prep
LVP, Laminate & Tile Flooring
Finish Carpentry (Trim, Doors, Cabinets)
📈 Pay & Perks:
Hourly Wage: Scaled on experience, willingness to learn, and team impact.
Paid Weekly: Consistent, reliable paychecks.
Guaranteed Growth Reviews: Performance and pay check-ins at 90 days, 6 months, and every 6 months after.
📋 Requirements:
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly.
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in clean, quality work.
Eager mindset to learn multiple trades.
