Some projects are more than buildings. They become part of your heart.

Wednesday was one of those days.

Watching GiGi's Playhouse - Madison cut the ribbon on their new forever home in Fitchburg was an incredibly proud moment for our team. We've had the privilege of being part of this project from the building side, but seeing the families, supporters and community members see it for the first time made it clear that we were never just building a facility-we were helping build a future.

This beautiful new 8,000-square-foot home will give GiGi's room to grow its life-changing programs and serve the more than 430 families who rely on this incredible organization.

What makes this project so special is the purpose behind every square foot. The classrooms, therapy spaces, fitness areas, gathering spaces and everything in between will be places where people learn, grow, gain confidence, build friendships and know that they belong.
As a builder, there is no greater reward than knowing something you helped create will have an impact for generations.

To Kelly Antonson and the entire GiGi's Playhouse Madison team: thank you for trusting us to help bring your vision to life. And to every donor, volunteer, family, partner and community member who believed in this dream-this incredible accomplishment belongs to all of you.

This is why we build.
We build for the people who will walk through these doors.
We build for the families who will find hope here.
We build for the memories that haven't happened yet.
And we build for a community that comes together to make something bigger than any one of us possible.

We are incredibly proud to have been part of the journey.

The walls are built. Now the real magic begins inside them.

Wednesday, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special groundbreaking!

Positioned above picturesque Pleasant Valley in Lodi, Wisconsin, and overlooking the quaint but vibrant Main Street downtown district, Primary Terrace will be a truly unique residential development offering a variety of housing opportunities.

Steve Shulfer and his team at Sketchworks Architecture have brought together a beautiful vision that will be within walking distance of Lodi’s downtown and will include apartments, townhome condominiums, and a Senior Independent Living Community.

We couldn’t be more excited to be working alongside Steve and his family on this incredible project. At our company, we transform ideas into spaces that fuel growth and strengthen communities – and Primary Terrace is a perfect example of that mission coming to life.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this exciting milestone! We can’t wait to see Primary Terrace take shape and become a meaningful addition to the Lodi community.

Planning to build in phases can allow your church or nonprofit organization to systematically work toward its long-range goals at realistic intervals. Phasing allows an organization to space out fundraising, control budgets, and manage debt while still growing over time. Small businesses are often the heartbeat of downtown revitalization, bringing new energy and opportunities to historic spaces.

Nearly three years after beginning the transformation of Forester Hall, small business owner Jennifer Lee is reflecting on the journey that turned a historic landmark into a thriving destination in downtown Sun Prairie.

What started as a vision to relocate and expand her business became a catalyst for renewal. Through thoughtful restoration of the building’s original stained glass, ceilings, doors, and other historic details, Jennifer preserved an important piece of Sun Prairie’s story while creating a welcoming home for Faded Roots Boutique and The Roots Cellar.

Her investment has done more than expand her businesses - it has helped strengthen the north end of downtown and showcases the powerful impact local entrepreneurs can have in shaping vibrant, connected communities.

In our latest feature, Jennifer shares the story behind the redevelopment of Forester Hall, the lessons she learned along the way, what’s next for her businesses, and her advice for others considering a similar investment.
