Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8 am - 4 pm

General Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish: Must have
• Expert or Intermediate level of spoken and written Spanish
• High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Office experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Support management and staff with administrative tasks
• Handling vendor and customer relationships
