Every home we build starts with how you want to live. This family's priority was reducing EMF (electromagnetic frequency) exposure, so we designed their entire home around it.

To reduce exposure from outside the home, we used Rockwool insulation in exterior walls, metal siding, metal roofing (shingle-style), and have the electrical service set 150 ft from the home.

Inside the home, we’ve reduced wireless transmission as much as possible, using metal-clad electrical wiring, a fully hardwired network, and traditional thermostats, all without Wi-Fi. All appliances and fireplaces are without Wi-Fi as well. We’ve also included a dedicated EMF-minimized room in the lower level with concrete walls and floor.

Several of our recent homes have incorporated a pass-through door from the drop zone to the pantry. We have found this to be more cost effective and energy efficient than a "costco door" from the garage. Here are some pictures from a few of our homes!
