A drain repair we made last week. The original contractor completely missed a drain in the plans, and water was entering units. We worked around electrical, water, sewer, and fiber that we re-laid due to it being too shallow after grading the area correctly. All this was done without damage or service interruption to any tenants! It will all get sodded when the weather allows. Another example of why hiring experienced professionals who actually care to do quality work matters! Give us a call when the larger, cheaper, or less experienced company lets you down!

Repaired another water leak last week. PVC threaded directly to the brass valve off the tap. This is #5 for this particular complex. The lack of the original contractor doing the work correctly has cost the owner thousands in lost water and repairs. We will re-pour the sidewalks and replace the sod when weather allows.
