Mullins lawn care is hiring a part time helper/weedeater operator to start immediately. Pays $10 an hour starting. Must have ride to and from work in pearl and be able to work flexible hours. Some days we work from 11am til dark. Others we work from 8 to 5. Just depends. No work on rainy days. No work on sundays and only occasional saturday. You can expect about 20 hours a week starting off.

Additional fee for overgrown yards and yards requiring excessive cleanup of sticks or pine cones (ect.) before mowing. Fee for overgrowth and cleanup is usually 25% of normal cost, or a minimum of $15. Overgrowth fee varies depending on the severity of the growth. Overgrowth fees usually start when grass has reached 6 to 8 inches height ****

I Will Supply All Materials For Most Jobs At 10% Above Cost, or a minimum of $10. (Example: If I have to go to Lowes and pick up 10 bags of mulch to line your flower beds and the mulch cost $30, I charge an extra $10 bringing the total to $40. If the total is $100, after the $10 fee you pay $110. After $100, the 10% takes effect. So if you were to need 45 bags of mulch, costing $250, the fee would be $25 making the total $275. This helps us to cover the cost of time, labor and fuel for transporting the materials.
