We are thrilled to announce new leadership at Aro Eberle Architects!
Diana Davis has been named President, following 17 years of successful firm growth and leadership by Matt Aro. Shannon Miller has joined the shareholder team, reflecting her meaningful impact and crucial contributions to the firm.
While Matt is stepping down from his leadership role, he will remain an integral part of the team, focusing on project work and business development. Diana leads with fresh perspective and significant experience fostering strong client relationships, solving complex problems, and building consensus across teams.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Shannon has become known for her project leadership, technical expertise, and desire to guide our team to create award winning design through high quality documentation. She has helped shaped Aro Eberle into what it is today, and becoming a shareholder highlights her substantial influence.
