Be alert for sudden weather changes, supercells can virtually explode out of nowhere within these highly unstable air masses! Have your storm safety area in your mind so that if severe weather occurs, you can quickly take shelter until the storm passes.

The Storm Prediction Center is forecasting the potential for a few strong tornadoes Friday afternoon and evening. Very large hail and damaging winds in excess of 75 MPH are possible with these storms as well. Peak timing could start as early as 1 pm, ending by approximately 11 pm Friday night.
