Our crew loves meeting new friends on the job site, especially furry ones. Meet Star — she visits daily to check on our progress (and get some pets). What she lacks in craftsmanship, she makes up for in cuteness. The pool house addition is coming along nicely — kitty-approved. 🐾🌟

Did you know Brio has two interior designers on staff? Allison and Jen guide our clients through the design, space planning and material selection process. They typically preselect options and make recommendations – a much less overwhelming process for the client compared to meeting directly with suppliers. And they stay involved until the end, visiting jobsites regularly and meeting with clients at substantial completion to ensure their satisfaction.

After downsizing, these homeowners were ready to leave something else behind: their new condo’s dated kitchen. Brio Design Homes led this condo renovation, transforming the heart of the home with painted cabinetry in Dover White and Hudson Bay, and countertops in White Turbin quartzite and walnut butcher block. A newly added pantry provides the storage and organization that every home chef needs, making the space as functional as it is beautiful.

The result is a fresh and refined space that proves a smaller footprint doesn't have to compromise on style.
