A big thank you for the people who play a big part in every home we build. 🔨

Every year, our Madison and Milwaukee teams host Trade Cookouts as a chance to show some appreciation for the trade partners who work alongside us every day.

There was plenty of food, a whole lot of grilling, and thank-you messages written right on the lunch bags. It takes a lot of people to build a home, and these days are one small way we get to celebrate the people whose skill, hard work, and care go into each one.

To all of our trade partners, thank you for everything you bring to Veridian. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you. 💚

Okay, this was FUN!☀️ We got the Veridian crew and our families together for a company picnic, and this one is going to be hard to top. Between the food, games, face painting, and just getting to hang out together, there were a lot of happy faces all afternoon.

And can we give a HUGE shoutout to the Veridian team members who planned all of this?! So much went into making the day happen, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. 👏💚

Millwood Glen has officially broken ground in Oak Creek! We celebrated the milestone with a groundbreaking and ribbon cutting alongside Mayor Dan Bukiewicz, City Administrator Andrew Vickers, community representatives, and members of the Veridian team.

The new neighborhood will bring 44 homesites to Oak Creek, surrounded by woodlands, wetlands, and protected open space. More than half of the homesites will back directly to preserved land or ponds, giving future homeowners a little more nature right outside their door while keeping schools, parks, shopping, dining, and the interstate just minutes away.

A lot of planning has gone into getting Millwood Glen to this moment, and we’re so excited to officially become part of the Oak Creek community. 💚

Safe to say Meadow Crossing knows how to throw a block party! 💚

One of the winners of our Summer Block Party Contest brought their neighborhood together for a pretty incredible day. There was a bike parade, chalk contest, bounce house, face painting, balloon art, tie-dye, a DJ, food, ice cream and even a visit from the fire department!

Our favorite part? Hearing afterward that it was such a hit, they’re already trying to figure out how to do it again.

A big thank you to Rate for helping us support the celebration, and to the Meadow Crossing neighbors for making it such a fun day for their community. 🏡
