Madison — quick tip before you hire a roofer after this storm 👇
Not every company knocking on your door is here for the right reasons. A lot of “storm chasers” roll into town, do the work, then disappear when you need them later.
If you want to make sure you’re hiring someone actually from Madison, ask them a few simple questions:
• Do you know what Ella’s Deli was? (If they don’t… 🚩)
• What was the Beltline like before the flex lane?
• When did the Madison Public Market open?
(Trick question… we’re still waiting on that one 😂)
Point is — anyone can say they’re “local.”
Not everyone actually is.
