Madison â quick tip before you hire a roofer after this storm đ
Not every company knocking on your door is here for the right reasons. A lot of âstorm chasersâ roll into town, do the work, then disappear when you need them later.
If you want to make sure youâre hiring someone actually from Madison, ask them a few simple questions:
⢠Do you know what Ellaâs Deli was? (If they donât⌠đŠ)
⢠What was the Beltline like before the flex lane?
⢠When did the Madison Public Market open?
(Trick question⌠weâre still waiting on that one đ)
Point is â anyone can say theyâre âlocal.â
Not everyone actually is.
At NextGen Exteriors, we grew up here. We know these streets, these neighborhoods, and the people in them. Were not going anywhere after your roof is done.
Weâre here before the storm, during it, and long after.
If you want honest work, fair pricing, and someone you can actually call a year from now â thatâs what weâre about.
