The EMC Parking garage, which I worked on while at Snyder & Associates, was unique with the interior courtyard. I provided finish grade elevations for all the sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveway entrances. I also completed the planting plan.

A traffic calming project I worked on while at Snyder & Associates was for the Sherman Hill/Bridal Row Area in Des Moines around the time MLK was constructed. It included boulevard design, irrigation, and plantings.

While at Snyder & Associates, one of my favorite projects was the challenge of the grading design of the Outback Steakhouse parking lot; around 2005.

Early in my career, while at Engineering Plus, I completed the site plans for most of the Tripp Street Apartments along the south side of the street (early 2000's)

While I worked at the DOT, I Coordinated Work for the reconstruction of the Mills Rest Area near Pacific Junction with Snyder & Associates and various artists that integrated art that celebrates the Glenwood culture.

Is your group struggling to find that "Identity" for your business or non-profit? I love to work through concepts to garner that sign you've been looking for. I had a lot of fun working with the Emmet County Fair Board to develop this sign and they made T-shirts that year to show it off! Amy's Sign Design of Okoboji fabricated the sign and Jason Kirschbaum did the brick work.

Entryway Sign concept used for all 4 entryways on Highways 4 and 18 from Emmetsburg, IA. I collaborated with Jane Whitmore (Editor of the Democrat), Patrick Degen (at the time on Emmetsburg City Council, more recently, Mayor) and Ronald Ludwig (Horizons Unlimited) to get the first two started. Emmetsburg, with the help of the Visioning Committee, applied for grants to help fund the signs and plantings.
