It’s almost that time of year for Fall aerating and Over-seeding. I am using a stand-on machine that is depth adjustable to pull plugs from 2 to 4 inches and pulls more per square foot than a standard machine. A walk behind machine simply does not have the weight to pull a plug this long in hard compacted soil.

Over-seeding existing lawns will help fill in dead spots and create an overall thicker turf. This will help with w**d control by filling in and starving them of space and nutrients.

I am using a 50/50 Kentucky blue grass and Rye grass mix which provides a great looking but drought tolerant turf.

Aerating prices start at $40.
Seeding is based off of turf square footage.
