Today is a bittersweet day for Ultimate Pools. After 9 years with the company, Nick Stuart has made the decision to take on a new challenge. Nick will be leaving the company at his current role. His last day will be today, August 26th.
“Making one of the hardest decisions of my life, I have decided that I have a lot to see outside of Houston, TX. Leaving quickly was not anticipated. I will be moving to Louisville, KY & starting a different career, outside of the pool industry.
These 9 years taught me more lessons than most get. I made mistakes plenty of times. I started as a pool cleaner to give me something to do, in 2017. Over the past 9 years, Bryan and Deb gave me plenty of opportunity to grow, both as a worker and young man. I am forever grateful to be blessed with this experience.
To my customers, thank you all for giving me the opportunity to work in your backyard. The reward in this business for me came from doing whatever I could to make sure you loved the final product. I worked with so many great people, some I still talk to after completing their yard. Each one of you taught me a lesson in the process, and helped me improve & grow. Feel free to reach out if you have questions, I will still answer you, it just might not be immediately. All love to you
To all of my fellow former co-workers, each one of you taught me a lesson along the way. While some may have been around more than others, each one of you helped me grow in some way. Thank you.
To Bryan, thank you for being my mentor and boss for 7 years. You taught me more knowledge than I can quantify, and I would have never been able to continue the business if you didn’t give a concentrated effort to slowly hand over the keys. It’s been a hard two years without working with you, but I know you would be very proud for the leap of faith i am doing. You always told me I didn’t have to do this job, and I finally am taking that offer.
