As our good friend called 'Time' goes by....the 'root' of our problems start taking over. And then, life gets a lil' backed up, causing more issues & inconveniences!!! 'Specially when your in the shower 🤔, OR sitting on the toilet 😳......and your sewer starts backing up!!!!!!!😡😡😡

Wanna give a great big Thank You to all the incompetent people who put pipe together (plumber doesn't seem to be the correct term)!!!! It keeps me busy.

Had to drink the Whiskey first, then install the Barrel. Oh, the perks of Plumbing.

After replacing water heater with warranty program, checked roof vent - found storm collar & roof jack not sealed. Also found shingle damage - applied polyurethane sealant & glued into place until proper repair/replacement can be done.
