Before and after pics of porch, small runway and stairs and gate spindles and collumns and handrails, porch ceiling and light cans painted palladium blue, all trim is pure white latitude door is custom match off black color. Floor is porch and floor was a toupe color,custom match berh formula ,no specific name given. All trim was peeling bad where there is no roof, all got scraped sanded oil primed and caulked ,then 2 top coats of latitude. Fun little project.

The photos I upload are taken from my phone, for my full time boss, Dehaan painting company of Charlotte. Wow this was so much cutting in, ridiculous so ridiculous. The 1st 20 pics are of just the prep process. 2 full days of sanding walls and ceilings so the mudding is perfect.3 full coats of mud on all patches and full primer, the sheen is satin on ceilings and eggshell on wall, got some staining to do on Monday.

Started this project yesterday ,before and afters, customer was really happy. On to the next one, may even go back next weekend to paint office and his bedroom.
