Added a simple seat at an entrance where there isn’t room for a chair. Now they can put on and remove shoes without fear of falling.

We Extended the life of an old worn out deck with new railing top and 5/4x6 pressure treated decking boards. Lightly sanded all edges of railing. After a year of the sun drying the wood, we go back, power wash and stain and the deck will look like new for many years.

This is turning a useless attic into an extra room for a growing family. I apologize for the order of the build pictures not in the correct order.
