So this is the saga of the floating porch! This was a referral fro. A previous customer Mark Baker. At first we went out to see what we could do to fix this porch. The homeowners found this as an issue recently, after buying the house a couple years ago. They had problems with snakes, and not to mention that the porch had no support underneath. Yes they had a home inspection, and it wasnt uncovered then. Ww went out took a look and said yea we can fixt it. We can pit dirt under there and it would be good to go. Well we went out to get started and, upon further inspection, this porch was a big safety hazard. No way could we do what we planned on. After consulting with the homeowner, we decided to tear it out and re do the entire porch! This had to be done by hand as heavy equipment couldn't be used! This is not something we do every day, but we were up for the challenge! We got to work tearong out the channel drain in the driveway and replacing it. The we went to work on the sidewalk and porch. Let me say this we are not professional concrete finishers, however, we got it done and now this porch has a solid foundation, and a new drainage system for the the gutter downspouts on the front of the house! And the best part is Old Glory flying on the front of the house after completion!! Call us for any drainage or grading projects you may have!! So when people tell me our prices are too high!! They are too high for you!! You are looking for value we are providing quality. We finished this water drainage job this week in Maiden, and 2 days later, we get 2 days of rain and then a down pour today!! We went by to make sure everything was good this evening! Service at its best!! Video in the comments!! Quality doesn't come cheap!!
