Yesterday evening, the LewCrew Bush Hog team headed out to Harrisburg, NC to help a first-time customer take back his newly acquired property!

What started as an overgrown field quickly turned into a full property transformation. We knocked down the tall grass and heavy growth, opened the property back up, and kept the tractor moving until well after the sun went down!

There’s something pretty satisfying about pulling onto an overgrown property in the daylight and leaving after dark with acres opened back up and usable again.

A big THANK YOU to our newest customer for trusting LewCrew Bush Hog with his property. We truly appreciate every customer who gives our small family-owned business an opportunity to earn their business.

A BIG STEP FOR LEWCREW BUSH HOG!

We’re excited to share another milestone for our growing business — LewCrew Bush Hog has officially upgraded to a new Kaufman tilt-deck equipment trailer!

This upgrade gives us a better, safer, and more efficient way to transport our Kubota tractor and bush hog equipment from job to job.

Looking at this setup today makes us especially grateful when we think about how far we’ve come in just the last year. We started LewCrew Bush Hog with a tractor, a vision, and a commitment to work hard and take care of our customers. Every job since then has allowed us to continue investing back into the business and building for the future.

A BIG thank you to Buddy at Kaufman Trailers for getting us hooked up with the new trailer and helping us take this next step! We appreciate the great service and helping us find the right setup for our equipment.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who has hired us, referred us, shared our posts, left us a review, or supported our family-owned business along the way. None of this growth happens without you!

We’re proud of how far we’ve come in our first year — and we’re just getting started!

New equipment. Bigger capabilities. Same dependable service.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND — JOB #4

We finished out a busy Labor Day weekend in Hickory, NC, tackling this commercial property at Bear Park.

This one was more than just an open-field cut. With active construction, utilities, debris, uneven terrain, and plenty of obstacles throughout the property, we had to take our time and work carefully while getting the overgrowth knocked back.

The before-and-after difference speaks for itself.

We appreciate our first-time customer trusting LewCrew Bush Hog to get the property cleaned up and manageable. Whether it’s a residential lot, acreage, commercial property, or an active development site, we’re equipped to handle it.

Job #3 of our Labor Day weekend is officially in the books!

This was actually our second time cutting this property, and we really appreciate this customer reaching back out and trusting LewCrew Bush Hog again!

We last cut this property back in May, a little over three months ago, and with all the rain we’ve had this summer, it grew back FAST. Some areas had gotten so tall the grass was above the cab of the tractor!

A few hours behind the bush hog made a huge difference. We took it from overgrown and difficult to manage back to a clean, manageable property with a much better curb appeal. The before-and-after difference speaks for itself!

Repeat customers mean a lot to a small business, and we appreciate every opportunity to come back and keep a property looking good.

Need an overgrown field, lot, pasture, or property knocked back? Give LewCrew Bush Hog a call!

A pasture cleaned up and reclaimed in Denver, NC!

This one was especially rewarding. We were able to knock down the overgrowth and open this pasture back up so two horses could have their space to run again. About three-quarters of the way through the job, the horses came running down from the barn and started checking out their newly reclaimed pasture. Not every day you get to bush hog with a couple of horses running around you!

We finished this one up just in time for a great sunset, and the transformation turned out awesome.

This job also came to us through a referral, which we greatly appreciate. Referrals and word of mouth mean a lot to a small local business like ours, and we’re thankful every time someone recommends LewCrew Bush Hog to a friend, neighbor, or family member.

If you have an overgrown pasture, field, or property that needs to be reclaimed, give us a call.
