We provided architectural services for The City of Orlando & Osceola County School District, each under a three year continuing services contract. We added the Palm Beach County School District as a client in 1993 and gained a three year renewable contract with them; we also did three projects for Manor Care Nursing Homes across the State of Florida during that time. My business partner & I separa

ted in March 1995. Since that time I've operated on my own & in collaboration with other architects; having primarily worked on commercial / instutional projects (75%); residential work makes up the balance (25%). Some notable clients since 1995: The Catholic Diocese of Orlando, The Catholic Diocese of Venice/ Moreu & Associates (Architect), Richard Matz Design Associates (Architect), FKA Architects, Orange County School District, Robert Law, D.O. (physician), Marriott Corp., Holiday Inn, Heart of Florida United Way, City of Maitland, First Baptist Church Sweetwater, Channel 9 WFTV, Radio Station Z88.3, Winter Park Village, Winter Park Construction, and Mt. Vernon Inn (Winter Park); most of these entities have been repeat clients. Project types have ranged from the religious facilities, schools, healthcare, an animal hospital, general office buildings, tenant improvements & single family residential.
