It's been a minute since we posted and we have a few to catch up on but wanted to post an update to the office as the last time we did, it was a rain day update. The transformation is stunning!!

This downtown storefront got a fresh new look with a brand-new sidewalk, reconstructed entrance ramp, and a section of new curb and gutter. A clean entrance not only looks great—it improves safety, accessibility, and leaves a lasting first impression.

It's the details that make the difference. Whether it's commercial sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, patios, or custom concrete work, we're committed to quality craftsmanship!

What a transformation!
After the homeowner removed the existing deck, we came in and poured this beautiful wrap-around concrete patio, creating a spacious, low-maintenance outdoor living area that's built to last.

Whether it's grilling, entertaining, or simply relaxing outdoors, this new patio adds both function and curb appeal for years to come.

Thank you for trusting Marathon Construction with your project!

This project included removing and replacing the city sidewalk in front of two homes, along with a brand-new sidewalk leading to the front stoop and a fresh set of concrete steps.

There's something satisfying about replacing old, worn concrete with clean, durable craftsmanship that will serve these homeowners for years to come.
Thank you for trusting Marathon Construction LLC with another project!

If your sidewalks, driveway, patio, or steps are showing their age, we'd be happy to provide a free estimate.

Something exciting is taking shape behind these walls!

Over the past several weeks, we've been pouring our hearts into renovating our shop office, creating a space that will be so much more than just an office.

Our vision is to build a welcoming place where Marathon Construction, Brandon Realty and Noella Health and Wellness come together under one roof- a place where community, health, business, and connection come together. There is still work to be done, but every day it gets a little closer to becoming something truly special.

We can't wait to open the doors, share what we've been working on, and invite you to be part of it.

Stay tuned...

More than a new driveway—this project was about protecting the home.

We removed the old surface and installed a properly graded concrete driveway designed to direct water away from the foundation.

Now they have improved drainage, added protection for their home, and a clean new driveway to match!

Rain days don’t always mean a day off around here. ☔️

When the weather keeps Matt from pouring concrete, it just means it’s time to switch gears and keep renovating the new office space. Excited to see this place come together!

A couple recent projects wrapped up 👌

Really happy with how this curved driveway apron turned out. Clean lines always make a big difference on a project like this.

Also finished up a residential foundation pour with some pretty incredible views surrounding it.

Grateful for the continued support as concrete season gets rolling.
