🇺🇸 2026 Lake Mohawk Lighted Boat Parade 🎆
Kick off Independence Day weekend with Lake Mohawk’s spectacular annual tradition of lights and music! The parade takes place on Friday, July 3, 2026. Any vessel is welcome to participate.
This Year's Theme: "America: 250 Years in the Making"
⚓ Parade Logistics
- Registration: No registration is required; just show up to participate!
- Gathering Point: Meet at the mouth of Bay 3.
- Arrival Time: Be in position by 9:20 PM.
- Start Time: Launch is between 9:30 PM and 9:45 PM once lined up.
- Lineup: Follow the Lake Patrol lead boat when instructed.
- Pace: All vessels must strictly match the speed of the Lake Patrol boat.
- Route: Travel counter-clockwise, heading deep into most bays.
- Duration: Expect the parade to last approximately 1.5 hours.
⚠️ Safety & Rules
- Distance: Maintain a safe distance from other boats and the shore.
- Formation: Stay in a straight line; do not weave.
- Lighting: Standard navigation lights and safety precautions are mandatory.
- Preparation: Bring bug spray (lights attract insects), fuel, and drinking water.
- Emergencies: If disabled, turn off decorative lights and pull out of formation.

- Power Line Peninsula
- The Dam area (closest to the golf course clubhouse)
