Construction Safety Week 2026 was a great success for the IMC Construction New Jersey team!

This week gave our teams the opportunity to reinforce the importance of jobsite safety, fall protection, and continued training across our New Jersey projects at Benchmark Scotch Plains, Brightview Senior Living Joy’s Farm, and Cedar Grove Senior Living.

Thank you to our industry partners from Milwaukee Tool, Klein Tools, Miller Fall Protection, Werner, and Bosch for joining us with live demonstrations, safety discussions, and hands-on training opportunities for our field teams.

The IMC Construction team put out fires to kick off Safety Week! 🔥

Our team got hands-on experience during a Fire Extinguisher Demonstration at our Fort Washington jobsite, learning how to properly use a fire extinguisher to safely put out live fires.

The demo reinforced the importance of fire safety, protecting life first, and never turning your back on a fire situation. It was a great opportunity for our team to engage in real-world safety training and emergency preparedness.

We’re excited to share that our Special Projects Division is helping bring new life to the B&D Holdings 3505 Governor Printz property. We are renovating the space into a modern, flexible property ready for its tenants.

The project includes clearing out older equipment, refreshing office areas, upgrading building systems, and enhancing the overall look and functionality across all three buildings. The site includes 140,000 SF of warehouse space, additional outdoor storage, and a truck maintenance facility, all with easy access to I-495.

We are looking forward to seeing this transformation come to life.

Erickson Senior Living’s Belmont Clubhouse Renovation in Pompton Plains, NJ, continues to make strong progress through its final phases. This 30,000 SF, two-story renovation is transforming the existing clubhouse with upgraded interior and exterior amenities. Renovations span the club room, fitness center, auditorium, library, coffee bar and lounge, salon, mailroom, bathrooms, and corridors.

IMC Construction has successfully completed three of the four project phases, with Phase 4 currently underway. MEP rough-in is nearing completion, and sheetrock installation is actively in progress as spaces continue to take shape. The team is now focused on driving toward final finishes and delivering a refreshed, modernized amenity space for residents.

We were proud to climb Three Logan Square to support the Fight for Air Climb Philadelphia 🎗️. This powerful event raises awareness and funds for lung health through the American Lung Association.

From climbing all 1,008 steps to cheering each other on, our employees embodied what it means to give back. We even had a baby climber (Richard Brazukas Jr.'s daughter) conquer the steps with us, making the day even more special!
