We inject a 2-part polyurethane foam underneath the concrete through a 5/8 injection hole that expands to fill voids and tightens up the weak soil to

raise it back to it's original height. Our polyurethane is 13K/psf at its weakest density. The more weight on the slab, the harder and stronger the polyurethane gets. We have yet to see a slab of concrete that we can't move! Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured for Commercial and Residential Construction. We regularly repair the following: Interior house slabs, pool decks, sidewalks, grain silos, garage floors, warehouses with heavy fork lift traffic, highways, and water drainage in culverts that had voids outside the underground pipes.

Our patented injection probes fixing soft soils 24” below the patio. This is a patio that was down about 4” on the left corner a 3/4” at the walkway towards the door. The object was to get the water to drain away from the house and fix the trip hazard.

Here’s another one of these settling grain bins we raised with just polyurethane injections. This footing was down 3” and in need of rotating the bin back up without raising the one next to it. The pictures of the top really show the difference’s we made. You don’t have to settle for a stabilization when we guarantee a lift.

This is grain bin project where 2 grain bins settled in towards leach other. You can see the difference in the pictures by looking at the distance between them from bottom to top. We raised the middle of left bin 3 3/8” and 2 1/2” on the footing. The right bin was 7” in the middle and 4 1/2” on the footing using only polyurethane. We love these kinds of odd projects especially when others say it can’t be done. They hold over 1,000,000lbs when full. We guarantee a lift on everything we do. If you can’t make it move how do you really know it’s stabilized.

This is a house we had to raise the footings on all the way around using only polyurethane injections. The back of the home was the worst with 4 1/2”’ of lift. Result video is in the comments and they speak for themselves. We guarantee a lift on everything we do.
