Our Murphy Brothers Contracting team served as the builder, collaborating closely with John Bjørnen of BJØRNEN DESIGN to transform a two-year-old Colonial into a residence with personality and poise.

The interiors were opened up for a brighter, more welcoming flow, while paneled walls, tailored finishes, and layered textures brought a sophisticated ease to every room.

Landscaping byJanice Parker Landscape Architects completed the vision, connecting the home to its serene surroundings.

Our commercial division was the builder on this full-scale transformation at the historic Ardsley Country Club in Dobbs Ferry, NY, spanning over 53,800 sq. ft.

The project included two major additions totaling 10,300 sq. ft., a panoramic dining room redesign, and upgraded lounge and bar areas with a new grille room.

Renovated locker rooms, a new wet bar, and an office suite complete the restoration.
