A softer, more modern garden ✨

Part of a larger formal space, this area was redesigned to feel more relaxed and functional, especially under partial shade conditions.

A thoughtful plant selection brings blooms from spring to fall, with texture, movement, and a soft palette of white, blue, and purple 🤍💙💜

My client loves plants, but she doesn’t have much time to maintain them.

After we transformed her front yard last year, she asked us to redesign the patio area in her backyard.

We built a low-maintenance planting plan with seasonal blooms, pollinator favorites like salvia and nepeta, and grasses for movement and structure.

Simple, Intentional, built to last, and she can enjoy the time with family and friends.

Containers change everything.

Around pools, they frame the water, soften hard edges, and create atmosphere.
Some clients want vibrant heat — reds, yellows, oranges.
Others want serenity — lavender, blush, white.

Different palettes. Same goal: beauty that feels alive and seasonal.

This is why I love what I do.

A new landscape project delivered!

Designed for a couple who wanted low maintenance, year-round interest, and drought tolerance. This garden is made up of native plants.

It will be installed in phases to let the structure establish properly.

Less water. Less upkeep. More ecological value. Built to last, and just getting started!

We’re back in the dirt, pruning, planting, cleaning up winter damage, and starting plants in planters.

This spring hasn’t made it easy. Cold swings, stop-and-go weather. Starting the season like this takes patience and discipline.

But this is where real work begins.

2026 planting season is ON…..yeaaah!

🌸Plant more natives.
🐝Feed more pollinators.
🪴Have some nice planters that bring joy to you and your family and the most important build landscapes that function, not just look good for eight weeks.

If you’re putting plants in the ground this year, make them count.

Let’s raise the ecological standard in every yard we touch. 🌱🐝

BEFORE→ AFTER

This backyard had a gravel area that my client didn’t like.
We turned it into a functional bluestone patio that now defines the space.

We don’t specialize in masonry, but we work with a dedicated crew on small patios, pathways, and drainage repairs that bring our designs to life and meet our clients’ needs.

This is phase one.
Next, most of the lawn will be removed and replaced with native plants that our client has been growing herself.

🌱Plants bring life.

Next step: making this patio the center of a native garden.
