Sheetrock and painting prep are complete in the new bedroom and bathroom addition. Bathroom floor and wall tile, along with all interior trim and doors, have been installed. Exterior vinyl railings are now in place, and painting is currently in progress at this Ship Bottom home!

Siding is complete, the vinyl rails and garage door are installed! The interior is insulated and drywalled, kitchen and vanities installed. Flooring and tile installation is underway. Stay tuned for photos! 🤩

Progress Update on this Ship Bottom home :
Garage and skirt walls are framed, and we’re moving right along! Decks also framed, the garage slab has been prepped, and inspections are complete. Installation of the decks and stairs is currently underway, and the garage slab is being poured. The rough plumbing has been completed and is awaiting inspection.
