We lifted this house 6’ in Fairfield NJ. It’s was very challenging due to extreme heat and long days, but our crew navigated it flawlessly. 🙏 💥💥💥

We lifted this house in Brick Twp. It doesn’t look different from our typical lift jobs, but the exterior walls are masonry, so it was considerably heavier than the normal wood-framed houses we typically lift. This house required much more rigging than normal. After the lift work, we removed the old foundation and installed new helical piles. This was a challenging job for our fantastic team.

After the new foundation and floor we returned for the 2nd lift 18’8” from grade
Then a final set down after new 2nd story wall framing
