It’s hard to believe these photos are of the same space.

What was once a steep, underutilized hillside is being transformed into a beautiful multi-level outdoor living area using premium Techo-Bloc products.

This transformation showcases a stunning set of terraced steps, retaining walls, and patio levels that turn a challenging slope into a functional and visually striking outdoor living space. One of the things we enjoy most about projects like this is helping homeowners transform difficult grades and unused areas into beautiful spaces where family and friends can gather for years to come.

Sometimes your backyard doesn’t need to be replaced it just needs to be restored.

For this project, our team installed a beautiful 12’ x 16’ Oasis Pergola with Cedar Stain and Mini Diagonal Lattice Vinyl privacy fencing. We also complemented it with a full paver patio restoration on our way out after construction.

The existing patio had lost its original appearance over time, so we professionally cleaned the surface, restored the joints, and brought new life back to the outdoor living space. The result is a backyard that looks refreshed, updated, and ready for years of enjoyment.

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that older pavers can often be restored for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
