This week, we celebrated the dedication, growth, and grit that define our apprenticeship program — and most importantly, the people behind it. From day one to year four, every step of the journey matters. Here’s what some of our apprentices had to say:

“I have so much to learn and I'm thankful for the chance to gain hands-on experience while building a career that challenges me. The apprenticeship is shaping me into a skilled electrician and I'm excited to continue growing in this rewarding trade.” - Mason B, Year 1
