I am a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it - T. Jefferson

Yesterdays tire saga was well worth it. Signed a new customer directly afterwards. It was definitely one of the most harrowing double pulls I’ve had the pleasure to lift but I made it home safe and sound to my favorite people.

A bad attitude is like a flat tire - you won’t get far unless you change it.

Spent most of my day fixing tire issues. It would be easy to make excuses to not go out and grind since it’s 2:30PM but I have people to help and things to do. Money ain’t gonna make itself! Excelsior!

In this day and age, a personal touch goes a long way. Homeowner appreciate contractors who sit down and discuss their concerns and provide a solution according to their needs - not what the contractor wants. And sometimes in the process of satisfying a customer, you get a sale. This is the way.
