Suppliers are increasing prices of remodeling products citing rising petroleum costs, the Middle East situation, increasing raw materials costs, and demand in other countries. Petroleum impacts just about all building materials. Petroleum can be used in the product, used to produce the product or used to transport the product. We are being told that prices may continue to escalate throughout the year.
