👋 OVERDUE POST! Take A Peak At This Round Rock Home In The Windy Terrace Neighborhood!!

This home was effected by a storm from last April. Over time the damage areas began to leak. The leaks needed tarping so the owner reached out immediately for tarping services. Upon further inspection it was determined that the entire roof was damaged and required full replacement.

After providing the customer with photo documentation of the damage they immediately filed a claim. The inspector came out to the property and performed an inspection. Not too long after that appointment the home was approved for full replacement with the homeowner only having to pay their deductible. Not only that, but their overhead doors were approved along with interior repairs. They are thrilled to keep their investment property protected.

Often times homeowners and investors are worried that the insurance claim process is difficult or will take too long. We are experienced with these types of jobs and can assist with next steps taking the stress out of the equation.

On repeat, this new roof came out amazing! This homeowner had storm damage, filed a claim and the insurance carrier covered the cost in its entirety. We ordered the materials and once delivered had the roof installed in 24hrs. Being expedient matters during rainy season!

This happens to be an investment property, we worked with the property management company, owner, and tenant to get the repairs completed. We kept in close contact with the tenant to make sure that they had the best experience possible.

💥 Hey Georgetown!!! Just Finished Up This Beauty!!

This is the second customer we have serviced in this West Georgetown neighborhood. Last years storm caused damage in this area. We reached out to see if they would like a damage assessment performed and they said absolutely!

We were able to inspect the roof right away! We showed the homeowner the damage photos and they decided to file an insurance claim immediately. An adjuster meeting was scheduled and we made sure we were present so that no damage was overlooked. Shortly after that meeting the customers were informed that the roof was approved for full replacement! Boy were they happy!

This customer purchased their home with non-functioning solar panels, so our next project is to get those panels working or install a new system. We also have to get their damaged overhead door and windows replaced, and deck restained. So there is a bit more work to finish up this storm restoration project that was fully approved by the insurance company. 🛠

❤️ We Love Our Customers!!!

We previously posted a before and after of this customers job, his roof and gutters turned out phenomenal! And to top it off Bobby was a dream to work with. 🙌 He gave us a 5 star review, thank you Bobby!!!

This customers roof damage was a bit more extensive than originally thought. After a thorough inspection and tearing off the old roof we found that the customer had wood rot. Was the customer shocked? Yes!! Most importantly he was happy that we found the damage! Wood rot and leaking is more common than people realize, especially when the leak is in the attic space. It goes unnoticed and sometimes for too long causing issues to the interior of the home.

💥 Hey South Austin Neighbors!!!

We are rounding towards the end of this commercial job in South Austin. Several roofs done and several to go! Completion photos and drone footage coming soon!!

This complex had aging roofs in need of repair. Some leaks were reported and even a squirrel issue that other contractors were not able to pinpoint. We flew our drone around the entire complex and found the squirrels entry point!

Not only is the property getting the repairs it required but a much needed facelift. It feels refreshing to come home to a property that is well maintained. We all want pride in the place we call home!

📣Follow-Up Post On Buda Home!!!

We did our inspection, claim was filed, and now the roof install is complete! This customer now has an upgraded GAF 30 year laminated shingle, more durable than the roof they had before. The ridges were also beefed up with an upgraded shingle giving this home extra protection and a handsome look! So not only did this home get a facelift but a longer lasting and durable roofing system. Win win for sure!! -roofing

Buda Property On The Books! 🛠

We performed a property assessment on this home and found hail damage. The homeowner filed a claim immediately and the roof was approved for full replacement! Big Win!! 💪

This customer has solar panels so there are a few extra steps involved. We have to reach out to the solar panel installer and have them detach the panels before we can replace the roof, this ensures their warranty stays intact. Very important! After those bad boys come off we can begin the install! Can't wait to see how the roof looks after! Photos to come!
