The insulation trade is notoriously a gritty one. I've heard many tradesmen say "I would never do that work" or "I get itchy just looking at that stuff." The responsibilities of running a small business also has a hula hooping effect on my mental state. Most days of the week I feel pretty worn. With that being said there is never a day that I do not feel fortunate. The truth is I'm a little addicted to the chaos and I love when we have a pile of work to do.

7" closed cell roof ✅ 4.5" closed cell walls ✅

This project became available to us because John Cronin referred Mr. Farmer to Grade 1. I appreciate both of these men. John and I have been working with each other for a while now. I hope the same goes for Mr. Farmer.

Also, I appreciate Mr. Brown for taking the lead on this one ensuring a strong outcome. Mr. Labonte thank you for keeping the other wheels in motion and also chipping away on this one.

Grade 1 has some premium quality outcomes because of the premium quality men installing!

This was an interesting project for our insulation brethren, Turn Cycle Solutions. There was lots of containment, 6" closed cell foam, and intumescent paint for added protection.

I am looking for an entry level part-time laborer to assist our installers.

- Prep work
- Clean
- Load the hopper

$25/hour - 10 to 30 hours per week + reimbursed travel

Someone fresh out of school that is looking for some on site experience would be ideal.
