Since joining our team in 2018, Pat has been so much more than a customer service representative. She was a trusted teammate, the keeper of birthdays, our unofficial grammar professor, and someone who could always be counted on to get the job done with professionalism, humor, and heart.

Even into her 80s, Pat showed up with a sharp mind, unwavering dedication, and a smile that made the office brighter. Her impact on our team goes far beyond the work she did. She became a true friend to many of us.
