Meet our newest client, The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center!

Located in Derry, New Hampshire, The Upper Room is a nonprofit Family Resource Center offering programs and support for individuals, parents, teens, and young adults.

Since 1986, they’ve been strengthening individuals and families by providing education, services, and resources that help people lead healthy, self-sufficient lives.

We’re so excited to partner with them as they expand their resource center - allowing them to serve even more families in our community.

Our team recently made a donation to the Center for Ethics in Society at Saint Anselm College - an impactful initiative that teaches students ethical reasoning, communication, and leadership.

As Vice Chair of the Center for Ethics in Society, Anne understands just how essential these skills are for the next generation in our community.

If this work resonates with you, we encourage you to consider volunteering for the Goodchild Regional Ethics Bowl on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Simply email Hannah Deignan ([email protected]) to let her know you are interested.

During this collaborative event, students from 18 schools across New England engage in thoughtful discussion around ethical case studies. Rather than debating, teams explore multiple perspectives, find common ground, and work toward solutions - an inspiring and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Project update!

We’re making progress on converting Manchester’s Hallsville School into affordable housing! This project was just approved to receive 2026 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Once completed, this historic site will provide 36 new apartments for our community.

Meet 32 Pleasant Street — a newly renovated historic gem in downtown Claremont, NH!

This 19th-century building was ready for a transformation, and our team brought it thoughtfully into the 21st century. We designed eight highly sought-after, market-rate 2-bedroom units on the 2nd and 3rd floors, blending historic character with modern comfort.

It was a joy to breathe new life into this space by creating comfortable and functional apartments featuring exposed brick, contemporary finishes, and plenty of natural light.

Construction is under way on our new project for Easterseals New Hampshire!

Our team is reimagining the Easterseals Champlin House in Rochester, NH to make it the permanent home for their Adult Day program.

The renovation includes updates to both the first and second floors, with a strong focus on accessibility, bringing the building up to current code, and meeting all state and federal licensing requirements.

It’s a true pleasure to work alongside such a caring organization, and we’re grateful to be part of a project that will have a lasting impact on the community.

Huge thanks to Triple Construction, who is hard at work bringing this vision to life.
