HB 409/SB 1275 would remove civil liability from a person who uses Deadly Force within the law. Meaning: if this bill passes and you are forced to defend yourself, you cannot be sued as long as you complied with state law... and that means you wont have added financial hardship because a criminal put you in a bad position.
