NOW (4/20/23) HIRING: Skilled Laborer

Our work includes patios, sidewalks/walkways, retaining walls, veneer, pool decks, stairs/steps, paver driveways, and outdoor kitchens.

DESCRIPTION: Assists the mason with completion of hardscaping projects, completing all work in a timely manner.

DUTIES:
-Working cooperatively as a team.
-Proficiently operating hardscape and construction machinery (skid steers, compactors, excavators).
-Hauling machinery/materials with trucks and trailers.
-Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the site, trailer, and equipment.
Requirements
-2 years of experience in the hardscape/masonry industry. (Willing to train the right candidate with less experience)
-Valid driver’s license and own, reliable
transportation .
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
-Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to adjust working schedule on short notice to accommodate current projects.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
-Maintaining professionalism and a strong work ethic.

PREFERRED:

-High School Diploma (or equivalent)
-Experience with pavers, stone work, and retaining walls.
-Strong working knowledge of hardscaping machinery, equipment and tools.
