Reroofed just this lower section, there was no gutter keep the rain water from waterfalling onto the lower roof splashing back onto the siding and over time it managed to pe*****te and rot out all the plywood along the wall, so, we replaced all the bad wood and deck post flashing and loaded and installed Presidential Shake out in Roy, had some nice veiws of Mt Rainier from the office

This was a perfectly installed roof ((I installed it 17 years ago)) but the insulator over insulated and the OSB rotted out under it due to no ability to ventilate, so I took up the roofing and OSB installed a continuous baffle from bird block intake to ridgevent and reinstalled today's matching color and product, For some reason I can't mix videos and photos on this post so I only have a couple shot of the baffle and then the OSB over it to show

12/12 with 6/12 porches Re-roof, one layer off, back down with Pabco Premier in Pewter Grey, had to rebuild the entire ridge line and pitch change sections some rot repairs and one gable fascia replaced, we may get to do the reside when the owner is ready
