Giving bagels a second try! ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

The first time around, my dough was SO sticky ๐Ÿ˜‚ This batch is already looking and feeling much better, so Iโ€™m taking that as a good sign!

Now we wait and see how the proofing goesโ€ฆ hoping these turn out the way Iโ€™m picturing them in my head. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Anybody else have a baking fail that made you want to try again? Or any tips for homemade bagels? ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

Thank you to Reliant Pet for sending me this spray to try! With the seasons changing and colder weather setting in, Iโ€™m looking forward to incorporating it into my routine and being prepared for when warmer weather returns. ๐ŸŒฟ

Iโ€™m planning to use it every 2โ€“3 weeks around the coop, following the product directions, and Iโ€™ll keep you all updated!

Okay, these homemade cheese crackers I made the other day were SO good! ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿคค But letโ€™s be realโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve got some tweaking to do! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I definitely need to roll that dough out a LOT thinner next time because some of those middle pieces came out a little too thick and chewy when I was going for that crispy, crunchy goodness! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Weโ€™re calling this batch a win, with room for improvement! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Next round, weโ€™re going thinner and crunchier! Because homemade is fun, but getting it JUST right? Even better! โค๏ธ๐Ÿง€
