We here at Ceaser Chimney want to give a big shout out to National Chimney Supply for their
outstanding customer service!!!
The back story: We had a customer call in with complaints that their tenants were experiencing health issues within their apartment building and were in need of finding out the cause.The tenants were placed in a hotel until the issue could be resolved.Our inspection team went out and performed a level two inspection to hopefully find what the root cause could be. Upon their inspection it was found that an existing liner had a separation between two connecting liners. An attempt was made by our repair team to install a new liner, but they were unsuccessful due to the middle of the chimney narrowing and the liner would not fit within the chimney. A call was made to National and we explained the situation in hand, that an ovalized liner was needed in order to fit down and properly vent the units. National was on it and was willing to help out with the situation. Within two weeks National was able to set up their machines and custom build all the materials needed to make the repairs needed. Hands down we could not be happier with our relationship with National Chimney Supply. We look forward to our continued partnership. Thank you again!
