🚨Today’s emergency brought Jaden out to grind down a concrete stoop that had no control joints in it leading to a frost heave of the pad and stress cracks, ultimately leaving the tenants in the building stuck because the door wouldn’t open after the concrete heaved ⬆️

Some grinder work got the door swinging freely and we will be back in the spring to replace this concrete pad, things like this might look small but it makes a huge difference
