The next piece of Living Well is taking shape. We’re removing the old red barn to add 1,500 square feet of living space and a screened-in porch overlooking the two-acre property, while keeping the vaulted ceiling that gives the space its character. Jeremy Cox walks us through what’s coming.

At the Living Well site in Lacombe, there’s no public water utility available, so this residential senior care community needs its own source. Our team drilled a 4x2-inch private water well to 330 feet, with the water table sitting at just 18 feet down. We stabilized the borehole with cement and installed the associated piping, continuing until water surfaced. The line is now capped to prevent contamination, awaiting connection to the pump.

The River Oaks Well Rehabilitation and Control Building is nearing completion, reflecting a commitment to precision, durability, and long-term performance. Each phase has been executed with purpose and care.

With only the extension of the existing wellhead and the installation and configuration of the main control panel remaining, scheduled for late April into early May, we’re in the final stretch of delivering a reliable system built to serve our community.
