Today, we get the privilege of celebrating someone whose leadership extends far beyond a business.
Matt has always believed that success isn’t measured by revenue, awards, or recognition. It’s measured by the impact you have on the people around you. He has built a team united by a greater purpose. One rooted in faith, generosity, integrity, and service. By investing deeply in people, he has created a culture that extends far beyond the workplace and positively impacts families, communities, and lives.
Being named Sophisticated Woman Magazine’s Enterprising Man of the Year is an incredible honor, but for those of us who know him, it comes as no surprise. Every day, he pours into his team, invests in people, serves our community, and looks for ways to be a light in places that need hope. Whether serving locally or supporting efforts around the world, his heart has always been focused on making a difference and leaving people better than he found them.
Congratulations, Matt. We are so grateful for your leadership, your servant’s heart, and the example you set. The community around you is stronger because of the way you choose to lead.
