We'll take it from here!

After 50 years of land surveying, SMH Co-Founder and legendary surveyor Tim Sloan has retired from SMH Consultants. We recently celebrated Tim's incredible career and the legacy he leaves behind. From co-founding SMH in 1989 to helping grow the company into what it is today, Tim's hard work, knowledge, leadership, and dedication have shaped SMH in more ways than can be measured.

Tim, thank you for the countless projects, lessons, stories, and memories...and for the time and energy you've poured into building this company and the people who make it what it is today.

Our interns headed back to school this week! 🍎

We'll definitely miss having them around the office every day, but we're excited to see what they accomplish in the classroom this year. They worked hard, learned a lot, and were a great part of the SMH team this summer...and we know they'll bring that same work ethic back to school!

A new and improved Comanche view! 👀

The Comanche Extension Trail is wrapping up, and Comanche Street has received its final striping!

It's always rewarding to see projects go from plans on paper to something you can experience and enjoy. And behind the finished product is a team of SMH land surveyors, engineers, and construction inspectors who worked hard with contractors and the City of Dodge City - Government from initial fieldwork and design through construction.

We're proud to have played a part in helping Dodge City continue investing in its community and building for the future!
