This space got a complete facelift, and we were proud to work alongside Fox Home Innovations to help bring the homeowner's vision to life.

From a builder-grade basement to a warm, inviting entertainment space, lighting played a huge role in the final result. We installed recessed lighting throughout, under-cabinet lighting in the wet bar, and custom electrical upgrades that make the entire space feel brighter, more functional, and ready to enjoy.

🍷 From unused space to a stunning custom wine cellar! ✨

This incredible project, completed alongside Pretzer Build, transformed the area beneath the staircase into a beautiful custom wine cellar, and we were proud to bring it to life with the lighting.

To create the perfect ambiance, Raybern Electric installed warm LED tape lighting around the stone accent wall to highlight its texture and create a soft, elegant glow. We also installed an LED driver switch with dimming control, along with two 3-inch adjustable eyeball lights to showcase the wine display and bring attention to every detail.

The finished result is a cozy, upscale wine cellar that looks like it belongs in a luxury home magazine! 🍷✨

⚡ Sometimes the safest solution is a complete relocation. ⚡

This home's electrical panel was located inside a finished bathroom, which is far from ideal and no longer the best setup for safety, accessibility, or future service.

After evaluating the project, we worked closely with Evergy to relocate the service and install a new, code-compliant exterior meter and panel.

This wasn't just a simple panel swap.
It involved:
🔌 Coordinating with the utility company
🏠 Relocating the home's main electrical service
📋 Bringing the installation into compliance with current requirements
⚡ Installing a new exterior meter and panel to provide safe, accessible service for years to come.

The end result is a much cleaner, safer, and more serviceable electrical system. One that gives the homeowner peace of mind.

This homeowner wanted to showcase their beautiful artwork with wall-wash lighting, creating a clean, modern look while highlighting each piece exactly as intended.

In the living room, we went from one light fixture to six recessed lights and a ceiling fan, dramatically improving both the lighting and functionality of the space.

The kitchen received a custom lighting upgrade as well, featuring specialty fixtures that provide both stunning aesthetics and practical task lighting.

⚡ WHAT’S HIDING OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE? 👀🦝🐿️

Do you have exterior wiring that isn’t properly protected or safely secured in conduit?

This house did! 😬

Wildlife had been chewing on the exposed wiring outside, damaging it and causing the outlet inside the home to short out. ⚡

And it’s not just squirrels! 🐿️ Raccoons, mice, rats, and other curious critters can chew, pull, or damage exposed wiring. Apparently everybody in the neighborhood thinks they’re an electrician. 😂🦝🔧

Exposed exterior wiring isn’t just an eyesore, it can become a serious electrical and safety issue when it’s damaged by wildlife, weather, or everyday wear and tear.

⚡ THIS is why outdated electrical panels are no joke. ⚡

Do you have an old panel in your home or maybe one you didn’t even know existed? 👀

The smaller panel pictured here was hidden in this client’s kitchen. Yes… hidden behind a messenger board. 😳

The homeowner was washing dishes when she noticed a tingling sensation in her hands. That was a HUGE red flag. Electrical current was getting where it absolutely shouldn’t be, and once we started investigating, we found this.

Just look at the condition of these breakers and wiring. 😬⚡

Electrical problems aren’t always obvious. Sometimes the warning signs are flickering lights, frequently tripped breakers, warm outlets, buzzing or even a strange tingling sensation when touching something in your home.

🚨 If you get shocked or feel tingling from a sink, appliance, fixture, or other surface, stop using it and have the electrical system checked immediately.

This beautiful horse barn is officially lit up and ready to go! 🐴✨

We installed 24,000-lumen UFO high bay lights, giving this massive space some serious light while keeping everything clean and functional. 💡⚡

We love seeing a project come together, and those lights really show off the gorgeous wood trusses and stalls!

This project was completed alongside K Construction—always great getting to work with other local contractors to bring a build from plans to finished product. 💪

⚡ Another happy Raybern Electric customer! ⚡

This project was a little different because our client did all the trenching themselves (major shoutout! 👏), then called us in to handle the electrical service to their detached garage.

Their previous garage had unfortunately been lost in a fire, so it was time for a fresh start. David upgraded the existing 100-amp disconnect to a 200-amp meter/disconnect combo, feeding 100 amps back to the house and 100 amps out to the new detached garage.
Now they have safe, reliable power to both buildings and peace of mind knowing it's done right. 💪

✅ Inspection passed. ⚡ Power has been restored. 😊 One more happy customer!
