These steers were born and raised from our 4th-generation family farm where they graze year-round on native grass in the Flint Hills of Kansas. They never received grain, hormones, or antibiotics, and they drink from natural spring-fed creeks. The price is $2.99/lb hanging weight. You will pay the processor directly for processing in order to bring you the best value. Hanging weights can vary, but we typically see 700 lbs for a whole.
