The Kansas Society of Professional Engineers will be hosting its annual conference in Manhattan, June 17-19th. AKA will be partnering with PKMR Engineers, Olsson, and KDK Engineering to present on the collaborative design work on Wareham Hall.

Nick Whitney, Project Manager for the project, will assist in walking through why it takes a strong, integrated team to work on such a significant project.

High Plains Mental Health Center is more than a renovation. It's a lifeline. It's a support system. It's a saving grace.

The new Crisis Intervention Center recently opened up in Hays and now offers services to Northwest Kansas.

Two work anniversaries, one undeniable truth: some people really do get better with age 🍷

In honor of these milestones, we dug deep into the archives. (Thanks mom and dad)

Yes, once upon a time they were rocking diapers instead of deadlines and bottles instead of coffee. Fast forward to today, and they’ve traded in pacifiers for professionalism (mostly), and somehow managed to glow up into the talented humans we work with every day.

Like a fine wine, they’ve aged to perfection—richer, bolder, and slightly more likely to need adequate hydration and proper stretching for activities.

All jokes aside, we’re lucky to have them on the team. Their growth, dedication, and ability to put a smile on and get the job done.
